*Please be advised that all bodywork sessions, especially Lomi Lomi can have a detoxifying effect on the body. This means that you may feel light-headed, achey, or release excess toxins/inflammation in the days after your treatment. Be gentle with yourself after your session, drink plenty of fluids, eat fresh unprocessed foods and limit alcohol to ensure you allow your body plenty of time to process the work that has been done.
