Avocado Oil (Refined)
Obtained from the ripe fruits of the avocado tree, Avocado Oil (Refined), also known as Avocado Oil or Avocado Carrier Oil, is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, making it particularly nourishing for the skin. It is especially high in oleic acid (Omega-9), linoleic acid (Omega-6), dermal palmitoleic acid, potassium, and vitamins A, B1, D & E. Due to its versatile nature, it is also a fantastic carrier oil for diluting essential oils.
• Due to its incredibly nourishing composition, Avocado Carrier Oil is one of the major bases for many cosmetic, skin and body care products including bath lotions, skin moisturizers, creams and soaps.
• It has an excellent hydrating effect and is highly spreadable. It penetrates well into the corneal layer of the skin due to the high content of oleic acid and has a fantastic regenerative effect due to the skin-related fatty acids, making it very popular in anti-aging products.

Our Avocado Carrier Oil (Refined) has been refined to remove the dark green colour, making it well suited for higher percentage usage in base oils or cosmetic formulations. Clouding may occur at low or room temperatures which is a normal process for this oil and does not pose a reduction in quality.
Avocado Oil (Refined)
• Massage: Dilute a few drops of your favourite essential oil in Avocado Carrier Oil to create a soothing and hydrating massage oil.
• Directly on the Skin: Many Avocado Oil benefits can be received by using it directly on the skin.
• Diluting with Essential Oils: Avocado Carrier Oil makes a great base for diluting essential oils. In saying this, it goes great in a lot of skincare formulations such as skin serums and moisturisers.
•Hair Mask: You can also apply this carrier oil to the scalp to create a nourishing hair mask.
