In Week 1 of Return to Radiance, we begin with a gentle release of the initial layers of tension, protection, and energetic noise that have kept your system in constant overdrive. This session creates a safe space for your body and energy to slow down, soften, and make room for a deeper felt sense of yourself to emerge. Think of this session as the soft beginning — like loosening the topsoil before planting seeds. Before growth can truly take root, the surface needs to be nurtured and prepared. Through Holistic Harmony, you’re invited to reconnect gently with your body, allowing old patterns of holding and resistance to ease, while your natural balance begins to return. This two-hour in-person session combines Holistic Pulsing, which reconnects you to the wisdom of your body through gentle rhythmic movement, with Holistic Energy work, which supports the subtle energetic field. Together, they guide you into a state of deep relaxation and emotional release, setting the foundation for your ongoing journey. By the end of this session, you’ll feel more grounded, more centred, and ready to welcome the layers of transformation ahead. This is not about rushing but about creating the right conditions for restoration and renewal.
