Leave your worries at the door, as you step inside to enjoy a 30 minute mini session of the gentle but powerful Holistic Pulsing before relaxing even further still with a beautifully restorative Traditional Old Style Hawaiian Massage. Holistic Pulsing is light bodywork, developed by Israeli-born Osteopath and Naturopath Tovi Browning. During a Holistic Pulsing session the body is gently rocked by the practitioner at rhythms close to the foetal heartbeat. This is significant in providing a nurturing and safe, womb-like environment, in which the nervous system can relax into the ongoing soothing movement. Blockages are naturally detected by both giver and receiver, and are addressed without trauma. Traditional Old Style Hawaiian Massage is a restorative form of bodywork working gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, enabling the recipient to relax due to the ultimately hypnotic effect – bringing your mind to a place of absolute stillness. The massage is unique in its benefits. It nurtures not just the body, but also the spirit and soul. Touch, rhythm and ancient wisdom come together allowing healing to occur. It aids in relieving and over-coming physical pain and emotional distress, and works with the belief that memories are not just stored in the brain and mind, but also in every cell of the body.

Cancelation Policy

For any cancellations or rescheduling please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. Only in special circumstances and if the schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full session. Any refunds issued will incur a transaction fee.
